Cyber-teens may look like it was made in the 90s (and it probably was) but that doesn’t stop it from producing great teen-worthy content all the time. The site is updated frequently, and it covers things like art, music, and more. By teens, for teens, it's one of the only remaining “independent” teen sites around.
